Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Hey Myanmar ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in New York, United States at 3943 65th Street, Woodside, NY 11377.

We operate the website http://www.heymyanmar.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms, you and the Company agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If we are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

25. Miscellaneous
